The Church Handbook of Instructions is a set of 2 books which contain instructions for area leaders as they seek to “judge” their respective congregations. Judge might not be the appropriate word, but the basic meaning remains unchanged – the Church Handbook of Instructions is the guidepost used by area leaders across the globe as a way to help make decisions on matters of policy and even doctrine.
